You can ask for your money back for a course you bought, under these rules.
When you can ask
You can ask for a refund yourself in the app within 14 days of the payment date, Saudi time. The order must be paid, and you must give a reason.
What can be refunded
You can refund the whole order or chosen courses from it. A course bought as part of a bundle can only be refunded together with the rest of that bundle. While one refund request on an order is under review, you cannot open another on the same order.
After you ask
The Thaheen team reviews your request and approves or rejects it; if it is rejected, you see the reason. Once approved, the amount you paid for the refunded courses, including VAT, goes back to the same payment method. You lose access to those courses when the refund is completed.
After 14 days
You can no longer ask yourself, but you can contact support at support@thaheen.app if your case is an exception, and our team can open the request for you.
